The Beacon on Tamborine is a multi-purpose accommodation facility featuring a large caravan and camping Tourist Park, two self-contained Holiday Cabins, 800 seat auditorium, multipurpose hall and a 81 bed dormitory style accommodation facility - Camp Panorama. The Beacon is home to the Mount Tamborine Convention Centre and hosts some of the largest and longest running conventions in South East Queensland. 
The property was initally developed to accommodate the large number of people who retreated to Mt Tamborine for conventions every year. However, The Beacon has now branched into accommodation services in the convention 'off season'. Our goal is to provide quality accommodation at an affordable price, giving all the opportunity to enjoy the peaceful surrounds of our beautiful facility.
