THE BEACON MAIN AUDITORIUM
Situated a stones throw away from Camp Panorama, The Beacon main auditorium is perfect for large scale gatherings such as; conventions, retreats, week end courses or large celebrations! Sitting up to 750 people at a time, the Auditorium comes fitted with stage, lighting and access to onsite sound hire. Chairs are provided in the cost of the hire. However, any re arrangement of the layout of the chairs is the hirers responsibility and must be returned to original positioning at the end of the hire. Used in conjunction with School hire, the auditorium offers the perfect opportunity for indoor games and group building exercises. For rainy days or just extra room, the auditorium is the perfect addition for any camp, convention or retreat.
THE BEACON YOUTH HUT
Perfect for smaller groups, The Beacon Youth Hut is a multipurpose building situated down the hill from the main auditorium. With two floors, the Youth Hut is designed as an indoor activities centre upstairs with a camp kitchen/coffee shop below. Due to its proximity to the camping and caravan grounds, The Beacon Youth Hut is perfect for youth groups and retreats on a budget. However, The Beacon Youth Hut can also be used in conjunction with the main auditorium and Camp Panorama to cater for large groups. The youth hut can also be used as a kid friendly facility when the main auditorium is in use by conventions or retreats. A smaller onsite crèche facility is also available upon request and with prior arrangement with The Beacon on Tamborine management.
