Do We Need To Bring Our Own Bedding?

Yes, you are required to bring all your own linen including sheets, towels, pillowcases and blankets when staying at any of our sites. Unless you are staying in the Chalets in which all linen is provided.

Can We Self-Cater?

Yes, all of our sites are self-catered. You may bring your own cooks or caterers, and we can also provide contact details for local caterers if needed.

Are There Any Sports Facilities Onsite?

Yes, our site has large volleyball court (only available for use with a Panorama booking), a Ga-Ga Ball Pit and many large flat grassy areas, perfect for wide games.

What Are The Check-In And Check-Out Times?

The standard check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. Arrival times depend on the previous group’s departure and cleaning availability. If cleaning cannot be completed in time, we are unable to offer early or late arrivals.

What's the cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellation terms depend on your booking type – please check your booking confirmation or contact the office for full details specific to your group booking.

What's the noise curfew?

A noise curfew of 9:30pm – 8:00am applies to accommodation venues (the Auditorium has a slightly different curfew of 10pm–7am).
