ABOUT
CWCI Mt Tamborine Women’s Convention, held annually in October, is a weekend conference where women come together to learn from the Bible. Each year hundreds of ladies enjoy the great teaching, singing and fellowship at beautiful Mt Tamborine, just over an hour’s drive from Brisbane.
Convention is for all women over 15 years of age. Nursing mums are welcome as day visitors; however, we regret we are unable to cater for any other young children.

REGISTRATION
For live-in registrations, the Mt Tamborine Convention Centre is made up of various complexes with small dormitory-style accommodation. The all-inclusive fee covers meals, houseparty accommodations and registration costs for the weekend. The Tamborine Lodge and WEC house parties are ensuited.
Day visitor registration fees help towards the cost of speakers, auditorium hire, handbook and morning and afternoon tea.
REGISTRATION DATES
Live-in Attendees:
- Early-bird registrations ($260) close 11 September
- All registrations ($270) close 25 September
- If you need some financial assistance to attend Convention, please contact us.
Day Visitors:
- Friday night ($15) includes 1 Bible teaching session
- Saturday ($70) includes 3 Bible teaching sessions with morning and afternoon tea.
- Sunday ($35) includes 2 Bible teaching sessions and morning tea
- Registration for day visitors is preferred by 9 October for catering and planning purposes. Any received after this date will not be guaranteed a booklet or name badge.

Refunds and transfers of tickets
We regret that we are unable to give refunds or provide transfer of tickets for live-in registration cancellations after 25 September.
Should you not be in a position to use your booking registration and are looking at gifting it to someone else, please contact us by 25 September.
OTHER INFORMATION
There will be a selection of Christian books for sale at the convention.
A missionary offering wil be taken on Saturday morning and a general offering will be taken on Saturday afternoon.
Auslan interpreters will be available at our convention. Please let us know if you require this service.
