Yes, a minimum of 2 nights is required.

Are Animals, Alcohol, Or Smoking Allowed?

MTCC is a alcohol and smoking free venue. No pets or animals are allowed on the MTCC property. The office must be advised 14 days prior to your event and confirmation from the office must be received in writing.

I'm a group leader, what do I need to do?

Please have a look at our calendar first to see if the dates you are wanting are available. Then you can either reach out to the team directly via phone on (07) 5545 1419 or bookings@mtcc.org.au, or you can jump the queue and get an instant price guide and reserve your spot with an express enquiry on our ‘Get Started‘ page.

What are the Check-in and Check-out times?

Check-in is typically at 4:00pm and Check-out is typically at 10:00am. Arrival times depend on the previous group’s departure and cleaning availability. If cleaning cannot be completed in time, we are unable to offer early or late arrivals.

What's the noise curfew?

A noise curfew of 9:30pm – 8:00am applies to accommodation venues (the Auditorium has a slightly different curfew of 10pm–7am).

Are campfires allowed?

Yes. Options include: large bonfire area ($250 additional cost), small outdoor firepit or any of our indoor fireplaces. All Firewood is provided.

Are there sports facilities onsite?

Yes, our site has large volleyball court (only available for use with a Panorama booking), a Ga-Ga Ball Pit and many large flat grassy areas, perfect for wide games.

What's the cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellation terms depend on your booking type – please check your booking confirmation or contact the office for full details specific to your group booking.

Do groups need to align with Christian beliefs?

Yes. MTCC is a Christian conference centre primarily serving Christian ministries, churches, schools, and faith-based gatherings. Groups must acknowledge and align with MTCC’s Statement of Faith as part of the booking process.

Can individuals or families book a site?
