Ensuited Villa Accommodation
Clustered villas replace the old cabins, offering ensuited rooms for couples, families and groups — restoring Camp Panorama to its full 114 beds.
Working alongside our Keswick Road partners, we're honouring covenants made over 60 years ago while investing in world-class facilities — ensuring the mountain remains a place set apart for people to meet God.
Legacy Reborn
The Mount Tamborine Convention Board is planning an exciting redevelopment of Panorama Homestead, responding to consistent feedback that our accommodation needs modernising to remain relevant for future generations. Working with architects and guided by input from members and stakeholders, the proposals feature accessible, ensuite accommodation with flexible room layouts, designed to follow the contours of the land and blend seamlessly with the rainforest setting. You can support this vital project through prayer, booking a stay at one of our sites, or contributing financially towards the redevelopment process.

From MTCC to the World
MTCC is partnering with CultivAR Architecture to create the Global Mission Discovery Walk — a contemplative walking journey through the natural beauty of our 67-acre site. The walk will lead visitors to seven rest areas, each designed as a place to pause, ponder and pray. From Christ’s Commission near the site entrance, through bushland spaces reflecting on Christ’s Word, his Church and his love embodied, to the final gathering place around the cross on Panorama Hill, each rest area draws attention to Christ’s redemptive purpose and its expression in the global worship and witness of his church in mission throughout the world.
Each rest area will feature crafted timber and stone seating, signposts with QR codes linking to stories and scripture, and thoughtful design elements — from decking sleepers engraved with the names of every nation, to a sculptural ‘paper plane’ lookout on the mountain’s edge signifying the sending out of the gospel. Whether walked alone in quiet reflection or experienced together as a group, the Discovery Walk will invite every visitor to consider God’s guidance in their own missional purpose in Christ. We look forward to sharing more as this project takes shape.
EVERY NATION
Timber sleepers laser-engraved with the name of every country, signifying a mission field that is ‘all nations’ — with QR codes at each rest area linking to stories and scripture
AMPHITHEATRE AT THE CROSS
Stepped spotted gum seating on Panorama Hill for intimate reflection or large gatherings, with fire pits and panoramic valley views
Our North Star
This is Mount Tamborine Convention’s 2021–2023 Strategic Plan, developed by the MTC Board in April 2021 as the key mechanism for translating the organisation’s vision and mission into action under its Charter of Governance. It sets out a refreshed Vision (MTC widely recognised for trusted Bible teaching), Mission (partnering with evangelical churches, colleges and ministries to equip Christians and reach inquirers), and Core Values centred on Scripture, unity and collaboration. The plan then lays out mission-focused goals across five areas — Bible teaching ministry, partnerships, organisational health, facilities and resources, and board/personnel — including expanding ministry reach, master planning facilities, and protecting the Keswick Road Precinct.
1 CLEAR VISION
MTC widely recognised for trusted Bible teaching — meaningful and relevant for today’s world
5 MISSION-FOCUSED GOALS
Spanning Bible teaching, partnerships, organisational health, facilities and people — turning vision into action
60+ YEARS OF MINISTRY
Faithful exposition of God’s Word, Christ-centred discipleship, and Christian unity — the foundations every plan builds on
